I’m an NCT trained BFC. 

I’m a mum of 3 children. I live in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. I work in Cardiff as a paediatric dietitian. 

I qualified as a BFC in 2014 from the University of Worcestershire. 

I qualified as a registered dietitian in 2023 from Cardiff Metropolitan University. 

I offer virtual 1-2-1 support via WhatsApp and FaceTime and home visits. I can do home visits around the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, Monmouth. As I work in Cardiff I can arrange home visits in the Canton and Llandaff areas.

I facilitate feeding sessions for the NCT and support families postnatally.
