I’m Polly, a qualified Breastfeeding Counsellor based in Godalming, Surrey.

I qualified as a Breastfeeding Counsellor in 2018. Since qualifying I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of women and their families with feeding their babies and toddlers – providing one-to-one support; running antenatal classes; and working on a national helpline.

In 2023 I established Polly Yu Infant Feeding, my own small business, with the aim of providing individualised and ongoing feeding support in the comfort of parents’ own homes.

I am also Director of Surrey & Sussex Breastfeeding.

I provide up to date, evidence-based knowledge and support on breastfeeding, bottle feeding and mixed feeding. Just as importantly, my counselling skills can support you with the emotional side and challenges of infant feeding.
